I enjoyed its location and rooms, nice building. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an electric kettle, a personal safe and air conditioner in the room. The poolside bar was good.

The weather was clear, had very relaxing stay for a relaxing vacation. Incredible and marvellous location, within walking distance of Reloj. You could walk to a mall and a market. Our food for continental breakfast was decent and all the staff were efficient and amicable.

Location and staff, every detail was exceptional. Really big bed, luxurious bathroom and TV, blackout curtains and two TVs in the room. Walking distance to a market and shopping centre across the street. I appreciated sitting in the outdoor restaurant. Pretty much what I expected: unexpected hotel, reasonably priced.

Rooms are updated, staff is really helpful, and location is incredibly comfortable! The breakfasts is particularly good with plenty of food. Fairly clean and upmarket hotel in Tabacalera district.

Reasonably good breakfast, reasonably priced location, overall clean place overall. And it also had absolutely beautiful view. There were a supermarket and shopping centres around the hotel. Friendly service throughout too.
Unfortunately wi-fi was rather slow.

The property was splendid and we had an unforgettable stay. Splendid view, terrific service, incredible beds. Perfect location, within walking distance of franz mayer museum. Competent staff and were happy to help. Had cool beers, wines, whiskies and liquors in the lobby bar.
